  • C'mon now, scott, 40mm is over an inch and a half! What do you really mean? .04 inches???

  • Great looking cell! Will you stick with acrylic end plates? I'm using white PVC. And are you using KOH? Is that the standard now? You said gaskets are 40mm? Is that right? THANKS!

  • I am using baking soda 40mm yes

  • nice unit. where did you get your supplies? i like the acrylic plates, it allow's you to see the gas being produced.

  • 29 plates 6x6 40 ml gaskets I put the tubes inside the holes +nnn-nnn+nnn-nnn+nnn-nnn+nnn- 7 cells Thanks!!! to Petedog and Smartscarecrow the cell works great. I am making a bigger and better cells.

  • When watching your vid i almost felt down my chair! I've finished 1 like your last week!!!

I'm looking forward comparing numbers with u.

    I have 21 plates 12X12 with 3 neutrals has 1st attemp.

Also, Pete is right about leakage, and acrylic tend to bend even at 3/4 inch tick when tightenign it.

Very nice work u did, looking forward on your numbers.

    Eric

  • I think when the generator has be running hot for a while the gaskets will compress a little making your bolts a little loose. I had to tight down mine every time I ran the cell for a while until the gaskets stopped compressing. I also recommend putting a cookie sheet under the cell so if it does leak over night it is caught by the pan. It happed to me and what a mess.

  • Just a reminder, after you run your cell for a while, remember to tighten the bolts on your cell. The gaskets will compress a little and the bolt will get loose. No need to make a mess because the bolts came loose and good job. I look forward to seeing cranking out the gas.

  • appears to be a very nicely crafted device ... do she put out ???

  • watch for my next video to see her work. And to see my Excursion running on HHO.
