this is a slightly alternate method compared to the other few perfect vids on vega. usually I just jump in repeating kicking after he wall jumps. And for some reason the AI is too moronic to duck a hurricane after they're dizzy.

ahh, I've been playing SF again starting with SF2:WW to start preparing for SF4 and I have more trouble with Vega as Guile (one of my mains) than anyone else except maybe Bison. Watching this has just made my life a lot easier.
