Is it a LG? My washer is a LG and it doesn't get my clothes white. It gets them gray. It has MOLD around the rubber rim or the drum. Home Depot did not tell me about that problem with front load washing machines. When you go back and tell them, they tell you, we sell a product you put inside the machine and helps gets rid of the mold. No it doesn't. MOLD... MOLD>>> MOLD.... MOLD...

@trevinocota It's not an LG. It's a Nyborg Electronic (owned by Electrolux now I believe) Type 902 or 903.
