No alcohol in his system and the vehicle did not sustain massive damage. The poor guy was probably gone before the impact. So many of these guys abused steroids, and there is no doubt Savage used them; as he looked massive and bigger than ever as "Bonesaw", in "Spiderman". Long term steroid use destroys the heart muscle.

Although Eddie had steered clear from drugs for abt 4 yrs, the vessels around the heart had grown thin due to steroid use. Now with Savage gone, who knows Hulk Hogan or Scott Steiner may be next (both being long-time steroid users)?

They used the steroids to look the part, but never thought out the longterm implications. I went to Cooper's fit school, in Dallas, TX, yrs ago & the staff told a story about a competative body builder who was once there & was massive on the outside, but was a walking time bomb on the inside, due 2 steroids. I'm sorry, but nothing is worth losing 30 yrs of ur life!

Hogan mentions, in 2010, that he, himself, had a bad heart exam/EKG, and that he saw Randy savage after not having seen him for 12 yrs, and that "savage was mysteriously all blown up, if you know what I mean(steroids)". Savage was bigger after his wrestling days, as in the "Spiderman" movie. It was obvious that he was using steroids even then!
