well i jsut a fan of Lucas and Ness because i played SSBB and nintendo made a perfect remake of those characters....But different from SSBB the only games they appear are those old ones?
One, make sure you're playing Earthbound, not Mother 1 [obvious difference, but whatever].
Second, the scrolling HP always exists, but in the beginning of the game it doesn't do make a difference. It'll go to zero before the lag time of the move and animations kick in. Only once you get at least a good bit in will the scrolling HP mean anything.
@jessmann007 haha....your a little late. I didn't life noodles at that time. But I've already beat the game. All I had to do was go to the hospital. But chances are a year a ago a would've said "thanks"

Persona only scratches the surface of creepy things, and they did away with that amount of creepiness when they made Persona 3.
However, Shin Megami Tensei in general is much creepier than this when you play the right games.

Healing 4 is <3, and it fully recovers if I remember it, so <3 4. But it's more expensive on PP if I remember.
