My dad and his friend was were working there and my dads friend is the person that got smashed my dad was holding his hand when the 100ton croller crane smashed him but I can not say any names and my dad was so close to dieing because on side had more room than the other but I can not say anything else he was a worker and I think a contractor now get it strate ok thank you

it sounds like the tracks are out of guage you can hear the screaching sound caused by the tracks pinching the wheel flanges. 3 derailments in 6 years is very bad!!
Of all the class 1 railroads CSX is tied for the least amount of derailments. That includes BNSF, UP, CN, CP, NS, and CSX. How it happened is under investigation and during that transportation will blame MofW and MofW will blame transportation its a tale as old as the railroad. None of the crew was killed. One fatality was when a crane tipped over and crushed the ground guide during the clean up he was a contractor. May he dwell forever in the heaven of his beliefs.
