Well, look at it this way. For every one employee that misrepresents himself or herself, lies, harasses, threatens violence, even if the company settles, its cost the collection agency money, they have to hire an attorney, settle out of pocket. Anyone anticipating a call from a collection agency should invest in an answering machine, just look at how stupid the people on this video are. Not only are they admitting to this type of conduct, but as employees of this particular agency as well.
