But my friend is with Scorpion and Raiden but you need to have patience if you want more than one character. and i don't have saufhaufha i always try to be better with liu kang but never try with other.

Liu Kang is based on Bruce Lee, that's why he makes those crazy noises while fighting. Bruce actually screamed like that during fights, and I believe there are 2 reasons for this:

1. It helps regulate your breathing (so you exhale properly during your moves)

2. It's distracting as fuck for the other guy lol

These are only my theories, please correct me if I'm wrong :)

reason 1 is true, but the other reason is to throw air quickly from your lungs and harden the muscles of your chest/stomach so you dont lose breath, puke or faint if you get hit in the middle of the attack ...

This hardening even makes punches do more impact and hurt more... that's why Bruce shouts like that
