I was thinking about the Paxton SC600.

I would have to change the injectors, and up the voltage on the stock fuel pump, or get one that can handle the draw from the boost.

But yeah I can use the stock block and tranny. Anything over 700rwhp, and I would have to swap out the tranny, but I don't plan on going apeshit with the car, lol. 600hp is MORE then enough for me!

if 700rwhp is where that trans gets replaced at, thats impressive for an auto.

if you had some sticky/wider tires, would there be any drivetrain issues that normally wouldnt pop up at your power levels?

Not sure what flow ratio is compared to the LS7 and LS9 engines. I know East Coast Supercharging (ECS) recommends 60 # Motron Injectors for anything over 500 BHP.

All Paxton SC's are centrifugal. And yeah, anything over 700RWHP, and you are asking for trouble with stock drive-train, especially the rear. That is the Achilles heal of the Vette. I have seen soo many guys blow out rear-ends when doing 1/4 miles runs with that much HP.

My overall goal is to hit about 500whp, and all I need is a cam for that. I would love a SC on it, but I still want the car to be able to bite and hold when I get on it...lol, spinning through every gear can get old, lol.
