the few violent martial arts are not widespread, and tournaments of them are even less publicised.

take Muay Thai and Bujinkan Ninjutsu. the latter of these is meant for killing people..

I think it has something to do with torque. Try to spin as fast as you can without using your arms. The second time use your arms to 'pull' you around. You should spin much faster

While Steve for sure is an XMA champ in his own right, XMA itself is a completely unuseable practice in real-life situations. Other credentials like his 4th/3rd dan are going for him but there's always the mistaken impression of badass-ness coming from flips and such when honestly....put him up against an MMA fighter and we'd see just how good of a fighter he truly is...no matter how good you are in martial arts, if there's no true, raw fighting experience to back it up...
