@simonsocool the mouth wide opened is old school fut san style. If you ever watch old Chinese lion dance kung-fu flicks, this is how Wong-Fei hung and company did it. Im assuming they kept the mouth open so they would appear friendly to other studios. I do not think it looks retarded, rather it should be considered a representation of the lion dancer's fierce kung-fu talents
how is this a hok san? the mouth is not like a duck, and the horn is not blunt as a hok san, however horns do not distinguish the lions as there are phoenix horns and dragon horns.
