This is such bull. I used these crappy techniques and I have only had success using an electronic cig Mr. Illuminatii. What bull@ smokers intentionally. Peace!
The idea for Nicotine replacement medication such as - GUM, PATCHES, and INHALERS is to get the smoker hooked on Nicotine without having to smoke cigarettes. Yes! a smoker may still be hooked on Nicotine after using Nicotine replacement products, but the smoker wont be ingesting 4 thousand poisonous chemicals they get from a cigarette. As Nicotine is not life threatening, Its safer using Nicotine replacements rather than smoking cigarettes. Better still is to quit Nicotine altogether if you can.
Okey this is my tips (Did work for me!) 1. the last ciggarettes you have, break all of them and drop the tobaco in the sink. 2. fill the sink with water. 3. stay inside, take a bath and allways stay active and do stuff (Sleep on night ofcourse) for three days and you have a change. Good luck!

whenever you have trouble just think that every minute is a minute forward.. and time will pass with or without smoking..
They don't mention electronic cigarettes that deliver a nicotine hit that's much closer to the real thing than anything else. I used one to quit 80 days ago and it's the only thing that's ever worked for me. I haven't had any cigarettes since. It's true that they're not fully evaluated for safety yet, but they've got to be safer than tobacco because all the carcinogens have been removed. My lungs feel a lot better than they used to.
u know what? just by how he explains how to use the nicotine gum, it makes me think that the nicotine gum is just a distraction from smoking...after doing the routine of holding it in ur cheek and circulating and then chewing, it is like the time it takes to smoke a cig....so oh ok, now i am understanding as i type..it's a nicotine substitute..ok, now I feel dumb and have wasted finger energy! Yeah, I know a lot of people and some doctors that just get hooked on the gum. I chewed the gum like a maniac and and got a really sore jaw from all that work.

It was a slow process but after weeeks I feel I'm loosing a lot of battles but winning -the war. Talk about counterintui
I remember this guy I used to work with. He always got on my case for smoking cigarettes to the point that was anoying.
One day I heard he was fired from work and when I asked why to another co worker, it was because someone saw him smoking marijuana and the urine test sure did proved it.
In his defense he said: "Marijuana has zero nicotine, no lung cancer, good for asthma and arthritis, etc.". & I said: "But not too good to keep a job".

im tryin the nicorette gum starting tomorow, im so affraid i wont be able to quit lol lately iv been getting major chest pains and tummy aches so i decided to quit, has anyone had any good experience with the gum??????????????? does it really work????????????
@SyrianD0II - Keep in mind everyone is unique and each method will work differently for each person. My experience with the gum is that it wasn't very effective. If you smoke a pack a day, you're going to be chewing a lot of gum (by the way, you don't chew it like normal gum, theres a certain way in order to make it work, and it's a pain in the butt imo). I personally used NicoretCQ (the patch). Put it on once, and you're nicotine cravings are gone for the day - it's just about breaking the
(cont) habit. I've tried both and the patch was FAR more effective for me. I do NOT recommend any of the perscription drugs tho - they all have side effects that ca cause major health issues (substitute one for another, right?) Most of the drugs are just anti-depressants. For example, one of the first was just Wellbutrin with a different name - same drug, same dose, made on the same machine, just a different name - people who were on it just claimed they quit smoking while taking it, so they
(cont) marketed it as a "quit smoking" pill. Some of those anti-depressants have major side effects that can make you go nutty or even suicidal, so I won't touch them - It's just another way for the FDA to make money off of you. Obviously the best way to quit is cold turkey, but it's an uphill climb 100%. Outside of that, I recommend the NicodermCQ patch - no knock off walgreens brands. It keeps you from craving nicotine, so you just have to concentrate on breaking the habit (after meals for
(cont) example.) If you can calm the shaking/nervousness from not having nicotine, it's far easier to break the habit. Your first 3 weeks will suck, I won't lie, but after that it's much much easier and eventually you're off the stuff for good. The gum didn't cut it for me cause they jsut tell you to chew less each day, whereas the patch has a "step down" program that doesn't keep you craving and makes it much easier in the long run. I'm done writing my novel now! Good luck!
I read and agree with your observations on nicoten gum. I think the problems are in the doseages. If one could have a system that cuts you back gradually day by day over a 6 month period, I bet it would be 100% effective, so far as nicotene is concerned. I think that we in our minds also blow the effects of withdrawl way out of proportion, beccause we seem to need certain things in our lives and cigarettes etc. seem to satisify that need somehow. So we tell ourselves that the symptoms are BIGER.
thank yu for the advice:D yeah ive been using the gum since i put up that post and i gotta say it doesnt seem to be very effective for me, and sometimes i forget and chew away like its a normal peice of gum, plus i find myself trying like CRAZYYYY to avoid the urge to have a cigg. i think ill take ur advice and go for the patch.
I tried using the gum, and it wasn't good enough so I smoked too, and ended up even more addicted. :P Best to take a vacation, and quit when you change environments. Just fight the withdrawl, the worst goes away after a day or two. Expect to be pissed off for no reason..... it passes. Being in a new environment you establish new habits anyways, so it makes it easier to establish a habit of not smoking.
lol yeah ur right tho, the gun didnt work for me at all, i started again a week after the gum it didnt do anything haha, hopefully im guna take ur advice tho and give it another go, thank u my friend :D
U should be an e-cig... its like cigs looks liek ciggs... does wat a cig does.... but its much less harmful as it only contains nicotine and water....
This shit doesn't really work well. Even CHAMPIX the NUMBER 1 smoking cessation treatment has 8 out of 10 smokers failing to quit.
Everybody wants your money...if not the cigarette companies & the gov't through taxes it's the doctors & the drugs they keep pushing.
Doctors, you guys are nothing more than glorified drug dealers. You're the one stupid enough to spent your time & money in medical school when you can peddle less deadly drugs on the street & make more money from it.
So you can buy and smoke cigarettes as much as you want, but to get the inhaler you need a prescription?? Why? Oh yeah the pharmaceutical giants want your money. Fucking corrupt american system.
Don't believe this guy cause he wheres a white coat. If you are a smoker then you are addicted to nicotine so chewing on nicotine gum will notv free you of your addiction.
Hey guys! I found a great support resource for anyone serious about quitting and is great to supplement with techniques like this. I called 1-800-quitnow and they really helped me quit. Good luck!
Nicotine addiction is addiction to nicotine. Using nicotine replacement(patches, gums, etc) to fix nicotine addiction does not make any sense! It's like telling a cocaine addict to shoot up the coke instead of snort it cause it's bad for their sinus's. The only way to cure nicotine addiction is to remove the nicotine completely from the system and never ingest it again.
dude u'r missing the point, if u get a replacement u'r not replacing the smoking as is, but more the habbit of smoking, once u replace the habbit u can quit smoking
Ofen it's the combination of the nicotine and breaking the habbit and nicotine gum although not great is better for you than all the other crap combined in the cigarette. You gradually decrease the amount of nicotine strength gum and amount you take. Obviously doesn't work for everybody but for many people it helps them kick the habbit gradually over about a month.
top marks my mate. Smoking should be banned but fills government tax holes. They love you to death!!! they are wankers as we say in new Zealand. Loved this video! fully onto it! great work!
Even if you became addicted to the nicotine nasal spray, you'd save your lungs and throat. For God's sake, don't let your Dr give you Welbutrin pills!! We both became very suicidal. Very informative vid. We used the patches for awhile.

I am quite content on it(proper snus from Sweden)I have not found any reports that consider it to be anywhere near as dangerous as smoking.

top marks my mate. Smoking should be banned but fills government tax holes. They love you to death!!! they are wankers as we say in new Zealand. Loved this video! fully onto it! great work!
