Iran only has to produce enough enriched Plutonium, which is well on the way to doing, with supplementary material from North Korea, to soon have a nuclear weapon. Iran already has the designs and the engineering skills to make a sufficiently sophisticated weapon. Not as sophisticated as modern western designs, but good enough to be a deadly threat. Iran's missiles have the range to attack Turkey and/or eastern Europe, but missiles are unnecessary to deliver a weapon. Good speech from Olmert.
