I really feel for these people... I went through a similar situation. I surrender voluntarily and still came out ok at the end.

You just have to let go and let the creditor know you can't make the payments. They gave me extra months and extra days. If it wasn't for my taxes, I would not have been able to keep my Motor cycle!

I've done BPOs on similar houses but this one has to be the worst. Next time I am going to try to remember to take my video camera. It's a great idea! Thanks for posting. I know most people cannot believe the condition of some of these foreclosures.

I have a realtor friend of mine who was trying to sell a "cat house". Cat piss all over the place! LOL.

People who do this to a house are people of poor character and morals--they deserved to lose the house and hope they are living on the street. You can be sure they lied on their loan, too. They are low class trash.
