  • Not Yarmouth - in the Annapolis Valley.

Seen a few houses of similar design - the Nova Scotian Venacular style I think its called.

  • Is this in Yarmouth by any chance? I have a friend named Krista Perry who lived in a house EXACTLY like that.

  • Hi Stefan, thanks for the comment. K'eylar sounds a lovely dog.

It may be an optical illusion with the dish, it is actually mounted on a wooden post in the ground rather than on a tree. We couldn't have it on the house due to all the trees around but I am actually quite pleased about that.

  • Beautiful dog!! (Yes, I,m a dog person) Love your land. Just one word of criticism. You should not mount your dish on a tree. Trees grow, and will throw your dish off track. Maybe Dylan would like to meet my K'eyhlar. She's a pit bull Dobie mix. She is the sweetest dog you could ever meet. (Unless you threaten her family, all bets are off). And that has happened. She never barks unless she has too. =Stefan=

  • Very interesting! Looks like the West Coast. :)

  • Oh yes - Easter Sunday we had feet of snow on the door. Green Christmas and White easter.

  • Just found this while searching for "Nova Scotia". What's really odd is that around Easter of 2007, it was more like Xmas weather...so much snow! Strange!
