  • I really got to do this. My forearms are getting bigger, but my wrists aren't.

  • @eMeRelapse You're wrists wont get much bigger than they are. Due to the fact that there isn't a lot of muscle tissue on the wrist.

  • @afr126 I add 10 pounds to my 360 controller, trust me your forearms get HUGE like that...fuckin popeye.

  • I do acrobatics and i have like weak wrist, i can only flip like one or two times before my wrist start hurting so will this help with that or is there something else u can recommend for me. I would really appreciate it :)
