The problem is not guns/knives. The problem is the hate ,and lack of morals in some people. In the USA We some states with gun bans. They have the worst crime. A few specific states have good gun laws (Castle laws, right to carry, Etc.) they have next to no crime. There is even a few towns with mandatory gun ownership laws needless to say they have some of the lowest crime rates per person in the world.

There is no such thing as gun or knife crime! Guns and knives are inanimate objects! They do not have a will of their own, or posses decision making capabilities! They are simply tools that can be used in a multitude of manners! Improper use of a tool does not make the tool inherently evil! At some point, personal responsiblily has to come into play rather than demonizing inanimate objects!

It was great how they took away all the citizens guns. Shortly after the criminals started breaking into homes when people were home. They could then be sure they got all the valuables and they didn't have to worry about a hostile work environment. Same thing happened in Australia after they disarmed people.

Exactly.Well its not like it always works like that.I know that people can misuse guns but that can happen with anythins from kitchen knives to cars.More people are killed in car accidents per year than by guns.. everywhere... but antigun people will always have reasons not to ban cars because they use them.They dont understand that people want guns for protection coz they dont own guns.You can always find thousand of reasons why to ban something its easy.Anything can be potentially dangerous.

Has the British government fallen that far off the hook? The government bans guns and now they're moving to ban long kitchen knives. What's next on the list? Hammers? Maybe even ROCKS? !! So how's this gonna work if you're a chef? Will you have to attend some training class, apply for a permit to possess the tools of your trade and then 'register' all your knives or will you just have to do without them? My son's pointed out, a common screwdriver makes a good carry weapon for self defense. Maybe I should add that to the list. My point being, ban or deny access to anything, and the ban will either be ignored or a suitable substitute will be found.

My friend, we're already in the final stage of decline. When was the last time you were in a low-rent neighborhood? The pus is already oozing out infecting the world, yet our leaders won't deal with the real problem, the anti-social people and thugs.

TwigShady: I have to agree. I grew up really deep into Black Sabbath. I never delved into the occult, sacrificed any animals, or worshiped the devil. It's a combination of everything. The crowd you run with, the morals instilled in you as a child, your education (or lack thereof), a lack of guidance, etc., and to some extent the environment you lived in. Grow up among gang bangers, you'll likely be one, or suffer for not being one. The music is just a trivial part of the problem.

Even though this particular song is speaking up against crime it's still very dark, depressing and aggressive sounding and the kind of people who perpetrate these crimes will listen to it and it won't dissuade at all. This type of music is a big contributing factor to the whole youth/drug/violennce/gang culture scene. Music touches emotions. This kind of music is pure aggession and it's being fed to all these young people. Many young men listen become brainwashed by the lyrics.
