  • which camera?

  • @keevre Miro 4

  • man look at the fork

  • i looked down and read all the comments before he was halfway up the ramp.

  • NOT SLO ENUFF. GO OMEGASLO

  • You guys should hire me to do a longboarding slow mo, sliding, drifting, tricks watever. and i know someone who would blow ur camera up on a BMX, not hit a pile of shit in the middle of a parkin lot lol.

  • You guys should hire me to do a longboarding slow mo, sliding, drifting, tricks watever. and i know someone who would blow ur camera up on a BMX

  • I can't believe he made the jump, he was moving in way too slow

  • @WaddupYo I am really hoping you're joking :D

  • skip to 0.37 for actual jump.

  • is this his 1st time on an mtb?my pet turtle can jump higher him

  • can you add the clip at original speed at the end? i wanted to see this bike jump in real time then go back to slow-mo. good comparison you know?

  • is that brusspup

  • Not a criticism of the filming..but rather the bike. Whats the point with the shocks and all of that nonsense....seems gimmicky when professional bikers regularly pull backflips off of jumps many times of magnitude larger than this on simple BMX bikes. Such gimmicks would weigh the bike down....make it unresponsive.....cause more tiny problems to go wrong with it. I guess I can see a bike like this for an older guy (older meaning like me, in my 30's LOL) who might like to do light Mountainbiking

  • @frankensteinmoneymac I guess we need some of the guys that ride them to answer you! ;)

  • @frankensteinmoneymac When us Mountain Bikers wish to cane it through forests on tight technical single track, the shocks help the bike to absorb the bumps and lumps which keeps the bike going at relatively the same speed. If you use a bike with no front suspension on a very bumpy singletrack section you are more than likely going to feel all those bumps in your wrists and possiby throughout your arms. Hope this helped :)

  • @M0shaWill It helps to have some explain it that knows what they are talking about. Thank you

  • @ultraslo I am a keen mountainbikier myself. Is it possible to do an Ultra slow motion vid of some "real" mountainbiking? I am talking about bigger jumps, rockier terrain, close up of drop-offs and maybe if we are lucky, a slow motion crash ;)

  • @MattS6993 We where looking at the bike and what we will need to go on the trail to shoot. That is why this was only a test.

  • @ultraslo So that means you will be doing better vids? :)

  • @MattS6993 Yes there will be lots more.

  • @M0shaWill Yeah, that's sort of what I was attempting to suggest by saying it might be a product for slightly (over 30 LOL) older riders.....Our backs, knees, and wrists aren't quite as resilient as they used to be! Heck I'm 36 now, but I used to jump ramps with my skateboard at 16 all the time....Now-a-days I end up breaking my leg falling down in my apartment! LOL!! (true story...just on carpet too...snapped the shin right in two!)

  • @frankensteinmoneymac Well this is for mountain biking on rough terain, They make the ride smoother and help you keep stability

  • @frankensteinmoneymac Not a criticism of the filming? It is a f***ing test

  • @TonyFired Yeah....and your point? It's a slow motion film used to "f***ing" test a bike. I had some criticism of the bike, and I wanted to make clear my criticism was not against their filming technique but of the bike itself.....what don't you understand here?

  • @frankensteinmoneymac They are testing the performance of the bike , by the way it could be a taxi and you still could be saying the same you did

  • @TonyFired Did you even read what I said?!?! Why the Hell would I be talking about how the 'shocks and such were gimmicky, then go on about BMX bikes not needing that sort of stuff, if this was a video about Taxi's?!?!? Dear God man...what are you smoking, and can I please have some?

  • @frankensteinmoneymac Lets not forget for us freeriders; when we're dropping 12-20 ft, or doing 15-30ft gaps...having the shocks keeps us from breaking limbs, and save our joints...

  • @FranMan221 ..Yeah, but I dunno....still seems gimmicky to me. BMX bikers do those kind of jumps all the time with no problem. I can see the necessity of shocks on motor bikes that weigh a couple hundred pounds, simply for the reason that it helps protect the bikes(and they can jump much higher..so I suppose the rider as well), but on a bicycle it seems pretty much unnecessary. It seems like it would do nothing but add weight and affect performance/handling of the bike. Just my opinion though...

  • @frankensteinmoneymac I see where you're coming from, but also it's not just about the jumps. A bmx bike can't handle rough technical single track. I can ride my MTB urban style (and have fun with most BMX riders, and then go bomb down the side of a mountain on a 13 mile single track trails without so much as a blink of an eye. To get it though I'd say you have to watch some good single track riding. Or try it out =) (that's the most fun option)

  • @FranMan221 Seems like a decent point.....I'd love to try it out as well, but I think my days of doing anything halfway dangerous is in the past....When I look back on the days I used to jump ramps with my BMX &Sk8board I just scratch my head and wonder how the heck I ever did it! LOL Though I guess mountain biking can be a bit safer (or just as dangerous...all according to the trail you ride I suppose). I should prob. get back into some kind of shape first though.(other than round, I mean LOL)

  • nice! some slow-mo audio in it should be awesome!

  • That one was cool!

  • best part about this video is how the guy looks all accomplished at the end xD

  • He is gooooiinnnnngggg sssssoooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww..........

  • shouldn't he be wearing a helmet??? :p

  • Anyone else think his front wheel would catch the rock pile and he would go over the handlebar....only to be disappointed by the fact it was in the background?

  • At first I was like "He doesn't have enough speed!"

  • The people who make demanding comments are from generations or cultures who feel that it's someone else's responsibility to entertain them. Like if you shoot [and shoot] and elastic band some will say "Oh wow, an elastic band. Like I've never seen one of them before" when others will see a fantastic, dynamic process. John Taylor Gatto is a recent hero of mine. When he talks about 'forced schooling' and 'boredom' he affirms everything I've always thought. Ignore the thumbs down please.

  • Loving the bike videos. Maybe you have to be a biker to appreciate them or something... And I do! So many thumbs down from people who don't go outside.

  • can you make one with a bigger jump?

  • What about Ultra Slo FAILS

  • Oh, wow.

  • can you please stop the lame bike video's

  • nice bike

  • N one did a Napoleon dynamite reference :(

  • @luvpinata omfg he got like 3 ft of air that time. Good call.

  • I think you guys should include a faster version of the scene in the video, so we can see the action in real time :))) I couldn't even tell how fast he was moving. Thanks.

  • dude slow it down toooo damn fast

  • The only good bit is 1:38

  • The first 40 seconds are pointless

  • the shock absorption was pretty cool

  • thumbs up if you are the 304 viewer

  • @MrNinjaboy100 for real dude? like seriously that quote is older than you!

  • Maybe you could tape a professional sprinter? I'd like to see what the faster human movements look like on ultra slow mo.

  • @raydredX We have some old clips in our sports compilation with sprinters jumpers and ball players that you will like.

  • @ultraslo I tried searching in your gallery but didn't find anything. Thanks!

  • @raydredX Try this clip. I think you will like some of it.

    watch?v=7ixyUM1evfI

    Enjoy

  • @raydredX Yes I agree with you! Seeing Mark Cavendish in SlowMotion is like Sex.

  • Nice helmet guys!!! go get one!

  • You should put some background music

  • i want to see a snail in slow mo XD

  • pretty nice bike

  • landed abit flat? lol forks were pretty much fully compressed...

  • this could be the best fail video so far.....

  • i love that guys face!

  • this channel is SO COOL!

  • Wow, rough audience! Great job tracking the bike. The suspension was cool to see.

  • I really hope that this doesn't sound too critical, I do find your videos interesting. However I would really like to see a bit more effort put into each of the videos. For example, seeing the clip at full speed, then picking certain parts to play in slow motion. Maybe some overlay to show us the speed of recording and other things. I think that way we can really appreciate the clip properly.

  • @marz2292 That can happen after we hire a staff of producers, writers and editors. I would love to do that some time up the road. Many people like to see the action start to finish. People see different things thru each clip. I have read millions of comments and try to keep up with what people want. We will start to show more real time clips where we can.

    Enjoy

  • @ultraslo I will happily edit the footage for nothing, provided I get some credit :)

  • @ultraslo

or you could just get some talent

  • The Slow Mo Guys are way better. The pick something cool and do it once. They don't flood their channel with garbage shots. Unsubscribed

  • @burg42 silly

  • i like turtles

  • *insert i can fly music as he goes for the jump*

  • mega air!

  • I want a Turtle :(

  • @RoadRunnerProduction "I like turtles"

  • you should play it in regular speed afterwards

  • That was bad ass

  • my pet turtle can masturbate faster than this!

  • @iHORTYxz your turtle is a ninja

  • @iHORTYxz You might not know this, but this video is actually slowed down so I am not surprised that your turtle is faster than this in any way.

  • @iHORTYxz You may have turtle, but I have a tortoise

  • @bunnyspy1 I guess you win :/

  • its not about the jump its about the amazing slow motion :)

  • lamest jump ever. Dislike, sorry guys.

  • @PrawnzHD We will do a lot more, this was a test to see what the camera will see and what we should show better. We will do a lot more on other days.

  • @ultraslo don't listen to him, this video was fascinating : the biker's position on the bike, the suspensions, amazing, you realize one of my dream in fact, i've always wanted to see things in very slow motion. Thanks !

  • @PrawnzHD wow, this is funny.

  • @PrawnzHD Lets see you do better retard. That jumps not easy to pull.

  • @lentilsouper eh... does it matter if its hard or not? its still lame.

and you are calling me a retard... Sigh

  • @PrawnzHD Like I said, Lets see you do better before you talk..

  • @lentilsouper why does it matter if i can do better or not? as i said 2 times b4, even if i COULD do it better. its still lame
