Not fair, even if one decides to turn a blind eye to the bigger engine on the TTR, the very fact that it is built better makes it a winner, the Bajaj pulsar 220 doesn't have a chassis that supports this dirt race type of riding. Whatever tyres and brakes you fix it still remains with the same chassis. these two cannot be compared.
that pricks got balls riding with road tyres through terrain like that lol!
