And refined white sugar and brown sugar isnt causing cancer, heart disease and diabetes? Did this lady say that she was a nutritionist? Did this recipe really say heart healthy?
If we have been eating saturated fat for thousands of years, with virtually NO HEART Disease, why is it all the sudden bad for us, and why is it that when you take saturated fats away heart disease is at an all time high? The last time I checked petrochemicaly fertilized, pesticided, Genetically Modified, unstable rancid polyUNSATURATED fats are the ones we should be staying away from?!! What were old recipe books made from? Small farm, grass fed, organic butter!!
Is your brown sugar as hard as a brick!! The Banana Seal will keep your brown sugar soft and fresh for months - right in the bag it came in! Check it out at this website: SaveTheBananaSeal
I've just read something about canola being bad for your health. Even tho it has the lowest amount of bad fats it has some bad for health effects lol :P
Trying to post the recipe for you. I am having some trouble. Will get it posted shortly. If you want to search them. Go to the Manitoba Canola Growers website and do a recipe search for chewy cinnamon oat cookies.
3:33 Youthful hands! How does he do it? Yea, flashing a recipe would have been handy. Don't bother with the website unless you have all day. Oh, sponsored by canola growers association. Well then, there it is.
if you need a fat in your diet, use coconut oil, which would be fine for both baking and for sauteing.
Fats necessary in humans: polyunsaturated fats, unsaturated fats, AND saturated fats.
Horrible fat are the TRANSfats, which are artificial. Transfats were the ones the studies were talking about, but instead of saying TRANSfats, they said saturated fats.
You can substitute organic maple syrup for sugar if needed. If it changes the taste use, organic brown sugar or splenda.
America HAS decreased their intake of saturated fat, yet heart disease has continued to climb. It isn't the fat (although trans fats do contribute), it's the sugar, refined grains, and commercial (cheap) oils, like the ingredients in this recipe. I'm sorry, but this really isn't healthy for people who have or who are at risk for heart disease.
PLEASE DONT READ THIS!In 1971 a guy named Kyle an his girlfriend Emily were in side a house that was said to claim peoples lives if they entered the house. The next morning a guy named Alex saw fingernail marks on the door.if you dont post this to 5 videos, youll be getting a visit from Kyle and Emily tonight!WARNING:this has been proved to be real,i value my life!whoever reads this may God be with you! I TRULY DO APOLOGIZE!!! PS i got this from another vid ( i am not taking my chances

I normally cut out the white sugar completely. I find that it is sweet enough with all the raisins. ( I like more raisins!) :)
