Great job by Carlton Smith Restorations on this one! I enjoyed seeing the step by step photos as you and Carlton restored it in your Indy shop! Hope to visit there again soon!
trust me :) I work for the company that restored and installed the Barton pipe organ in this theatre. That is me playin it. The Barton console you see in this video isn't what you saw in the lobby.
This isn't what you saw in the balcony/lobby. This is the new theatre pipe organ..... the real deal. That thing you saw in the lobby is still there. I looked at it, could be a lowrey or something.
I keep coming back to this video because this organ sounds so much like the Barton I used to play and work on when I was a teenager. It was in the Virginia Theatre in Alexandria, Va. The organ (at least the console) is now a part of the Maloof installation. Really sounds nice and that Trivo Post Horn really sounds like a Dennison (very very nice).
I agree with you - it certainly is Delovely. The console is beautiful and the organ sounds magnificent. The Barton (well Dennison) Post Horn gets through but is not over-bearing. Well done guys !
Of what material are most Barton consoles made of?

I still can't believe they didn't move the one in Chicago Stadium across the street. That would have made the new arena worth going to.

Thanks! Actually the post horn is a new Trivo. It was a little over bearing at first so it got a little regulation work

Well, it is a beautful set of pipes. The entire organ is just wonderful and it is certainly great to hear another jazzy Barton sing again.
