The Sheridans the Obriens and the Quilligans all have properties in Rathkeale Co Limerick where they are known as the travelling millionaires. Dale Farm spokesman Richard Sheridan had twice been jailed for his part in the smuggling of fake cigarettes from Belgium. Sheridan, real name Richard O’Brien, was locked up for a year for smuggling 640,000 cigarettes. His Father, John O’Brien, 62, was jailed for a year along with Sheridan for smuggling 1.2million cigarettes in June 2003.
the Sheridans are related to Mark Duggans family in Manchester - the Noonans - who boasted about committing 25 murders and earned a fortune selling drugs and doing armed robberies - send the riot police back in....
Graham Puxon is a middle class twit. He sees these people as Romany gypsies, they are nothing of the sort, they are Irish travellers, the Sheridans. If Puxon had them as neighbours he would soon change his mind.
@wanderingbillyboy ..Graham Puxton, calls himself a traveller, i've seen him on many interviews...If you listen to what he's saying...he's just explaining the "Ferocious prejudice" against Romanies in Europe n elsewhere, an believe me, in some places in Europe, he's absulutely right..He's not calling himself Romany, and everyone knows Dale farm people are "Travellers, not Romany.....If the Media decide to call them all Gypseys, so what?
Does anyone know if the travellers on Dale Farm, pay water rates, electricity bills, council tax, road tax, motor insurance, income tax and TV licences. I would be really interested in the TV licences, as the BBC have done an awful amount of filming there, and it would be ironic if the travellers had no TV licences, with the BBC always whining about how tight money is. Does anyone check this out, because if the travellers say they dont pay because the site is illegal? Enough said get em off
I think the traveller fraternity is somewhat akin to a Freemason's society. They close rank's to outsider's, as do Freemason's, they are very secretive unless there is a BBC TV crew (Biased of course) standing around who they can milk for sympathy. I admire the fact that they stick together, but they and their supporter's cannot see that to most of the rest of the population, they act outside of the law. If you live in a civilised society, you have to abide by the law, travellers do not
why support law breakers? if you built another house in your garden without planning permission,it would be pulled down, these people think they can ride rough shod over any laws!....they call themselves travellers, strange that they never seem to ever travel!...all claim benefits but drive range rovers, dispicable people...on your way i say!
@jamierourketen Typical prejudicial stereotyping. They can't travel anywhere these days - all their traditional campsites are now car parks or Tescos - if they stop anywhere the police move them on. And no, they aren't 'all on benefits' either - how many of these people have you actually met in real life? And of course, you've never broken any laws yourself, I'm sure :/

Gypsys should be treated the same as everyone else, they should be made to obey the planning law.
