have u tried getting a 100 coin star line up exactly (or pretty close) to a normal star? the game freezes cuz its not meant to grab two stars at once. lol

If you try to get a star over a place where you die if you fall into it on the DS version, You'll get the star but lose it right away!

TTC and DDD are easy. You don't need 100 coins in the metal Mario course. Check your hi-scores on the select a game screen and see what the last level you need is.

I haven't done any of those, but get 99 or 98 coins in jolly roger bay and for the last coin get the red coin above the pole (near the bob-omb buddy). You'll actually be inside the pole. Also, 3 cutscenes will come in a row.
