lol @ all the this is freaky or creepy or what have you 'intel'... those are HEMTT and Bradley Fighting Vehicles (what little I bothered to watch).. neither are 'tanks' and yes the HEMTT's I saw are fuel trucks (imagine that our military needing to be able to refuel it's self in the field. It's a light mechanized infantry unit probably enroute to or from normal excersises.. now if they weren't on a train then I'd be concerned.

Remember 'logistics'... for every 'one' trained (combat) fighting soldier... there are 6-8 men/women to support the 'one'... 6 to the 8 depending on the front line unit`s locale...

and the more logistics one military has, the more it needs!
