Fantastic! Im glad there is atleast one indian director with so much potential considering the types of horrible movies bollywood directors make these days.

Abhay Deol is great and his acting is so simple and makes the character real.

Overall: Fantastic movie, Awsome acting, and beautiful score!

This seems a bit pretentious. But I guess will do well in international film festivals. Abhay Deol, is great as a swanky Delhi middleman in Oye Lucky! but he seems a bit miscast in this movie. Maybe the trailer just falls flat.Will definitely see this anyway

Indian art cinemas has earned the reputation of being caled clasy rather dan a "mish mash combination" . for example satyajit ray's work. paralel cinemas need a social regional back ground ....and for Indian parallel movies that being delivered by Indian culture mythology society ,not by any "coffee table book". first getting out of the conservative way of thinking cn make the criticism better and helpful rather dan valuable comments which is beyond understanding also. regadrs

Does seem a copy of Cinema paradiso and neo doordarshan "patriotic" clips such as - mile sur mera tumhara. Unfortunately indian art cinema has become a mish mash of indian ad film style and international "coffee table book" style of 3rd world depictions. Sure. I mean film in India is no longer politcal - not necessarily in content but style. As Godard meant. Since 90s and more so now, making films (in India) is about aiming towards Film festivals and rehashing styles to suit them. Unlike Iranian films which are still political and therefore refreshingly orginal!
