@RedDevilDazzy2007 Thats OK, you know now. Silver Sonic is the Prototype for Metal Sonic. He's also the only Villain in the series that was destroyed in both the Comic and the Game.

@ooof10 There is no MK 1 or MK 2 and so on. They all have different Official names. The Metal Sonic in this Vid is Silver Sonic, The Metal Sonic in Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles is Mecha Sonic and the Original who first appeared in Sonic CD is Metal Sonic who then becomes Neo Metal Sonic in Sonic Heroes before becoming Metal Madness. There are more such as Rocket Metal Sonic but they're not really important.

Mecha Sonic is just the improved version of Metal Sonic that appears in later games.

This isn't Metal Sonic. It is Silver Mecha Sonic. Robotnik's 1st failure led to building another. But he invented a persistent clone called Metal Sonic. I'm aware that S3k came AFTER Sonic CD, BUT story-wise, S3 started right where S2 ended, so Sonic CD either came before S2, or after 3k.

well actuallyit was like this. sonic 1 then sonic and knuckles and then sonic 2, then sonic CD then sonic 3 and since mecha sonic isnt in sonic 3. mecha sonic came in sonic CD then it was S3&K

Then he decides to take over Little Planet, introducing Metal Sonic, who kidnaps Amy, a native of the planet(Sonic CD). After his plan is thwarted in the past, present, and future, sealing the fate between him and Little Planet, he seeks to build a new Death Egg, and upgrades Metal Sonic (S3&K). After defeat again, he rebuilds Metal Sonic as he was in Sonic CD, with many features added.

I agree, the length of the opening sequence itself was nearly 30 seconds. That's way too long for an intro, I found this out myself with my old AMV attempts. If you can, try to trim it down to about 10 seconds at most, otherwise, you'll just lose the viewer's attention.
