Tank looks pretty good to me. If the Tetras survive and thrive alone then I see no problem. Many fish that are schooling types do just fine in a community tank alone. There are no laws set in stone with these things. What works, works. Besides, I think putting any fish in a tank is really disrupting their lives anyway. It is the nature of the beast. But I do own a fresh water community tank, so I am not against it, just pointing it out. Lots of negative people here on YouTube.
i had a black tetra before and it ate guppies....not all the time...it ate other food also

You should keep tetras in groups of 5-6(minimum).All the fish you have should be kept in groups including honey gourami(1 male:2-3 females)
