@fritzquarar I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of the legislation passed that one must have an impression of one's own before one could have an opinion on another's. Are you out of your mind? I felt it was a bloody, shit impression. His guitar playing was fine, though- very good rhythm player. One more thing; When your getting paid your are considered a professional and should be above "Where's YOUR impression, then?" You are supposed to supply that, mate... You're taking the piss, son.
SOunds like the bass player is struggling a little bit. Probably used to be a right-handed player. Kills me what some of these tribute bands will do for authenticity.
@ROCKSTARCRANE Yes, Gary Grimes learned to play left handed. He also passed away Dec. 2010 from a brain tumor. Only one of the original guys left and that is Mark, the "John". This band has been doing over a hundred shows a year for over 25 years. Playing Carnegie Hall for the 10th time this month. They were the band at one time that Beatles tribute bands tried to copy. As in life, all things must pass. The guys get older and the younger bands move up. I'll miss them.
i saw them in fitchburg i shook all their hands after the show andmet them and we all talked did u know mark benson(john)made that rickenbacker by himself?
