@GermanMachine7 it was two seperate pinheads one was pure evil that didn't have no order and wanted to destroy the earth for his own pleasure and the other was the original pinhead the more organized one (the one in the general uniform). They had to form spencer spirit back with pinhead to defeat the out of control one, so pinhead vs fake pinhead is what you saw. The girl closed the box and send them both back to hell, but as always the original doug bradley pinhead always comes back from hell.
