I like the way you 'document' also instrumnets , setting with great deatails ... and I wondered myself for long time how the initial bass riff was made. From the original song its not so easy to 'detach' noted each-others , also because they move in a sort of chromatic scale. I also love the bass tone of those early albums like Time and Word, Fragile and Close To The Edge. I'am mostly a composer, all your vids are useful to me.. 'to understand'
Congratulations Miguel. LDR has a beautiful bassline. Jon Anderson come with this spng to the band in a very simple way, his guitar and his voice. I think Steve and Chris (and maybe Rick) made those great arrangements. It is an example on how a simple song becomes a grat song. I love Fragile too; it was my first Yes album (the second one was Close to the edge)
@Yesshows01 :) I blooped. Now really replying your comment! I remembered of the QPR acoustic version. That's probably more like the simple form of the song, as Jon wrote it - equally beautiful. Gracias!
@motorpsych0 Thank you Robert. I like to think that too. Pity I wasn't fully grown up to be able to listen it all properly. I like to think that somehow I absorbed the vibes by other means :)
If you could ever find the time, Yours Is No Disgrace would be a wonderful song!!! The bassline somewhere around 6 minutes is killer wicked!!! Squire is my most favorite bassist!!!
The Fish would be nice but it is multiple basses. He could record each one separately while recording on video and make a bunch of smaller boxes to replay all the vids at once like Destorm used to do all the time. Wink wink. :P
@KMAsKorner I could always try the Yessongs version :)))))) oops! Seriously - thanks for the hint, can you send me an example of such videos by that artist Destorm? Thanks!
@Donn713 :)) still haven't found the time to do it... well, there's a bit of it on the Roundabout clip ending... but I know what you mean - the whole thing!
Classic Squire tone. You play in front of the PUP cover? The SVT plugin sound very nice, gives it a bit more SVT sound then the BDDI.

@miguelbass Yeah, Jon Anderson came with a simple song, and they added the arrangements. Fragile and Close to the Edge are my favourite Yes albums.
