PODS is now threatening to sue me over the video I posted of the damage they did to my former neighbor's driveway. They say it's "slanderous," which I assume is because it does not mention that the company did finally agree to pay for the repairs - but not until AFTER the homeowner had to make numerous phone calls (getting the same kind of response you did) and AFTER video of the damage was posted. I hope your video gets them to take responsibility, (before they take legal action)!
PODS is great with their threats in my case, but at each turn, I find more lies. The latest is they claim (October 2008) that I had this behind a locked gate - - which gate, let alone lock, does NOT even exist. Lie after lie. Well, for both you and me, the truth is a complete defense. It can be deemed slander ONLY if something spoken is untrue. I can't wait for PODS to try and justify this continuing misconduct! Good Luck! Let ALL know how PODS handles their legitimate customer claims.
