  • PEOPLE! I don't do anything special to stretch these positions... I'm just naturally flexible. So I don't havy any special tips. Just keep repeating the positions you want to stretch and try to get them a little better everytime :)

  • That was really good! What I think would help you get stronger and prevent injury is to really pay attention to your hips. When you do an arebesque and everything else to the back, both your hips should be facing front, not to one side. You will lose some height on the leg, but it will make you stronger. Same with the side. Even, balenced hips. One shouldn't be higher than the other.

    Now I'm a ballerina, and I don't know how it is for cheerleaders, so I'm just trying to help. :]
