  • Great information: Children should not be overweght. Unfortunately, too many chips, soda, regular milk, butter, ice cream. If parents cannot afford various organic products, go for at least the milk, eggs, and some whole fruits. The additives or hormones in milk are getting these kids overboard with their weight. The soup I gave my children as early as 4-5 months, was a puree of veggies (from scratch). Love your children by cooking right. :) NICE VIDEO

  • One thing people don't talk about enough is whole fruit. Be very judicious about how much you eat and what kind. Dried fruit is like candy. It's still fructose and you can OD despite the fact that it has more fiber and contains minerals and vitamins.
