I had this problem it's solved by himself and for one year i have no problem with that

Unlikely this can be fixed without replacing the disk, problem would appear to be caused by the arm striking the platter due to an unbalanced rotation within the disk.

I replaced the hard disk and the issue is now resolved. :)
