  • Hello there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister got amazing Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

I have a question about the hanging leg lifts, I can do them but I can't do more than 5 with my legs completely straight (past 90 degrees) is it better for me to do a diff lower ab workout or for me to bend my legs and do them hanging still? I'm a bboy so I need strong core the faster the better :P thanks!

  • @MyGamerTV you cant target an area to shrink, when you exercise everything is workin together.. so try jump rope or aerobic exercises , toning your entire body :o.....

  • A strong core is vital! I had lower back while running because I had an imbalanced core. Also since I picked up bboying A strong core is even more vital to me. Can you please post some exercises for the strengthens/targets the obliques?

  • Hi Strengthproject, I have sort of a problem when I work out my abs, specifically "lay-down workouts"; my coccyx really hurts and it's freaking me out. Is there anything i can do to make this stop? -I can't even do more than 50 crunches-.

    if you learn anatomics, you know this movement is made possible by the ''iliopsoas'' . you abs are flexed but not expanding or becoming smaller.

    Beginners fault. i dont understand why no one sees this.

  • Hey guys I often get pain somewhere along my mid to lower spine when I I do the "banana" handstands, no problem when it's straight... Do you guys often get this? And is it associated with a weak core, or lumbar muscles?

    Dont worry I eat chocolate all the time.... I mean in moderation. Its all good, chocolate is good in moderation. just dont get the highly processed chocolates or what I like to call "fake chocolate" lol

  • What's the bet exercise to get a steel hard abdomen? --> Deadlifts... ???? Yes, deadlifts..do deadlifts and you will break nuts with your abs.

  • @Bogdyindahous can you explain that. I know that deadlifts work a lot of muscles and the abs possible but mainly the lower back.

  • @krki15 Yes...mainly the lower back..but you see if you do correct deadlifts it will force the abdominal muscles to maintain the lower back straight...You know what's funny?For me, even tough I did a lot of running, even with weights on my back my already made six pack abs wasn't enough for deadlifts...Man, when I did deadlifts my abdomen started exploding from pain...Right after I did deadlifts, it looked more ripped and the main reason why my abdomen is insane now is because of deadlifts!

  • @krki15 You're welcome..just make sure you don't hurt yourself...start easy on the weights then build up.

  • this videos explains the real reasons why abs are sexy! it prevents injuries and strengthens your other exercises.

BTW i know my ab muscles are strong and all and i have around 15-20% fat which isnt bad but its a lot, so my abs at the top really only show and then it vaguely contours the outside of them but they dont show because of the fat, can u do some fat burning exercises plox?
