@kbhawkman If you lose it, you will have to call blizzard and prove your are the true owner of the account (this may resolve in having to give them your key numbers of your wow or expansion packs or sending thema copy of a picture id) Also @markeedragon - srry to say, but authenticators are being able to get hacked. How they work as you described them is correct, But on the back of each authenticator you will notice a 10 number digit code which any hacker can obtain for there hacking methods...

@WoWExiles its actually 14 digit number, and its written in the authenticator, how will someone hack it?, they would need to physical obtain the authenticator to get the code and that's not easy to achieve, the only way you will hack an account with an authenticator is by obtaining it and having the normal password.

Hey mark you should check out RSA iPhone app. With one authenticator to rule them all and having it locked inside your iphone app provides the ultimate security.

ok so my friend got his account hacked and the hackers put an authenticator on there, he got his account back but cannot play because of the authenticator and blizzard isn't doing anything about it is there a way to bypass it or no? he been sending e-mails frequently but still nothing any ideas?
