Dear Kitchen, Thank you for upload its very useful for basic understanding of protein, then how involve in deeper analysis microbes amino acid in their cellular level.. Can you it's simple or complex one.. Please reply me
@xdeathnoteanimedudex The endopeptidase cuts the peptide onece every few peptides (this depending of course how often the cut site appears) for example lets say we have a endopeptidase that cuts after A (for simplicity I'm just going to use letters as aminoacids) then in this peptide GHDSEASJHD, it will cut after A giving two peptides GHDSEA and SJHD, think of endonucleases......
@mizzisali basically the primary structure can coil (also known as alpha helix its just a posh way of saying it) or it can fold (again posh way of saying it is - beta pleated sheet)

I don't understand if primary structure is like a phase that leads to the secondary structure or they coexist togetter. please help as soon as possible.
Hi, great video. Can you let me know the source(s) you used? (any particular book, website, article?)

This video pretty much summed up everything that is important about the basic understanding of proteins for my cell biology course. Well done.

hi, great vid- intense music XD
can you plz help me understand exopeptidases and endopeptidases?
i get tht one breaks bonds within the polypeptide chain and the other breaks the terminal but i just can't picture it in my head.
How come breaking bonds within a polypeptide chain create no singular amino acids?
Do you get my confusion? @.@
