@shishiku Hi Ryo did I meet you in 2001 at the Seminar I did with Vladimir? in London? You used to train with Graham Ramsden? I will see him in a week from now would you like me to give him a message?, I saw Vladimir a few weeks ago in Toronto. and I will be back there for 6 months Training soon .

@shishiku egards to Graham.consider it done! I have known him since he was 16 when I met him I Kicked him on his Ass! I was his Hero After that! We are great Friends and so are our Sons! They are coming to Stay over in a week I will Tell him how you are, I Got Married last sept in Toronto Vladimir and Valerie Were There Frank Arias Was Best Man I was Baptised 2 days before that by Father Vladimir and Married by him as well, My wife ls in Toronto and I will join her soon again, see you on FBook!
