  • holy crap! you just mix that grind to death.

  • so many chefs here. not bad mate. depends how anal you wanna get for home brewing. I think there was a comment by someone, to be above 212 F ? Thats boiling point, no? Common!...coffee should be yielding/brewing at no higher than 94-96C (201.2 - 204.8 F) I couldn't see your temp BTW. Try a 45 at total immersion. YUM

  • seems to high in temperature, brutal agitation and long brewing time ..... didn't it taste bitter?

  • You made it look harder than it should be, & isnt your water susposed to be above 212 degrees

  • @m3tlknsht lol...

  • This looks really complicated. Seriously. Does it actually produce noticeably superior coffee to the french press method? (Assuming fresh ground beans and water heated to the appropriate temperature before pouring)

  • Why is the magic covered up?

  • Dude, chill out.

  • IMHO, I would urge you not to use a wooden stirrer. The rancid oils that build up on the wood over time will end up adding an undesirable flavor note... a metal spoon is much easier to keep clean...

    I love Yama Vac Pots!!!

  • @hgriffin5 Though true, a metal spoon is far more likely to cause the glass to shatter, a long plastic spoon or regularly changing the wooden stirrer are far safer

  • nicely done
