i have 168,000 reward zone points saved up and best buy took them away case they say a person who buys with a tax resale number cannot get points and i say thats fine but take points from the point you are notified not the ones you earned.. also i get no different prices then anyone.. and you dont need a resale number to resell a product..so call it what it is anyone who buys in quantities then we dont want you.. and this policy is not in writing.

For God's sake, we have a HUGE understaff issue in our store. Customers always complain that they have to wait so long for service and I agree with them. WHY WON'T ANYBODY HEAR US OUT?!??!?!

Yea I work at 1131 and it is the same. People get soooo mad at the associates that are with customers because there is a lack of other employees in the store. What are we supposed to do?
