Basically, what happens in this given case scenario, is that hypothetically one could use a magnetic mechanism (charge +) that systematically applies to the field of another magnet within the cue ball (charge -) and creates attraction which could accurately determine the shot.

But like I stated before that doesn't necessarily stand true in this case, but you cant just leave physics out of the mix.

Yes, clearly I've heard of magnetism but it's obvious that people in this planet that we live in have a unique set of skills. I know a person and myself who can curve a ball like he does and the other videos presenting themselves to the naked eye.
