Many are concerened about this devestation more than they are about the internal politics.

Nonetheless, when news was news the internal strife there (killing of 100) would have been covered adequately. In the U.S., it's Nancy Grace, wall-to-wall celebrity news, Am/Idol, as well as our Lil' Waynes and T-Pains, which occupy the minds of our upright citizens. Most have never heard of Lebanon or Gaza, much less Madagascar.
