We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the GENERAL WELFARE, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This fellow has more common sense than the entire congress. It is amazing how the Obama administration and those supporting the liberal agenda have demonized so much that is good and fair about our country. No doubt Joshua will be a target for criticism, a kook, perhaps a racist, a right winger. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson would be proud to know that today with all of the freedom we have, there are still great defenders of the Constitution. Way to go Joshua.
It's funny to me that the Dems cried "foul" and wanted "reasonable discussion". Then when they get it, they can't answer the questions. . .

If it's broke, each state should fix it in their state. If I like in Texas, I can't be forced to take care of some gang member in Chicago.

It has been held consistently that GENERAL WELFARE grants NO affirmative authority to the Federal government.

Aren't "establish justice" and "common defense" in the same paragraph?
This reminds me "The life of Brian" sequence when Brian escaping from his followers loses the shoe.
