@rifway22 The title of Pirate King was giving for Roger at first because he reached Raftel,the end of grandline.The WG that given him that title witch aparently roger was surprised and dint care.WB was tied in strengh to Roger so he also would be given his title but unlike Roger,WB was never interested in Raftel or One Piece and therefore the throne is opened to grabs to who ever reach Raftel and One PIece.WB probably would be able to do it bu he rather sail with his crew around the place like
