I'm glad this is considered to be one of the better efforts on youtube. It was only my 2nd attempt at Yorkshire pudding believe it or not (1st attempt with my dad's recipe).
This got cut out in the editing process (mainly because I did not like the camera view while I was explaining it), but if you want to make it in one large tin (instead of doing it like a popover), then simply use a couple tablespoons of drippings in the whole thing and cook at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes.

only an english grandmother can cook yorkshire puddings right but this is one of the better efforts ive seen on youtube.
good thing about yorkshires is even when they come out wrong they still taste good.
