Kings are an average team hight wise, 6-3, 6-6, 6-9, 610, 6-11 isnt the biggest its very average. Brockman is a 6-7 center, Hawes is 7-1 with a 6-11 wingspan, Greene is 6-10 with a 6-10 wingspan. That isnt great size either if you go by their standing reach. Monta did make alot of turnovers handeling the ball in traffic, but Curry made much more bad passes. Numbers are numbers and facts are facts. Tyreke was better on offense by a little, and a mile better on defense.

PPP is from Syngergy, some of the best staticians in the country. Look it up. Curry on iso D is 0.69PPP. Thompson is .66PPP. Tyreke is .68PPP. They are all really good defenders. And yes Curry fouled a lot but if they actually made a lot it would have shown up on PPP. That in its self shows who was defended tougher, Tyreke was taking contact all game,and playing good D. Tyreke got his team in the bonus early and helped get his team easy points. Curry was the only Guard in the top 29 in fould commited, he was 12th surrounded by all centers and PF . Curry was getting his team in the penalty and giving up easy points to his opponents. Curry also had 135 bad passes this season compared to Evans 74 bad passes.
Tyreke on court production was 20.4, where the guy he guarded was 15.5 so Tyreke gave his team a 5 pt advantage while on the floor.
Curry's was 18.3 and the guy he guarded produced 19.0, so Curry actually gave up .7 points. So once again Tyreke was slightly better offensively for his team and way better defensively.
Tyreke added 9.7 wins to his team where Curry added 7.7. Also, 51 points on 22 more shots is great, thats 2.3 points per shot, that proves how evans got more per shot. Curry is 13th in the league in fouls committed, the next closest guard is 29th and that is Afflalo. Curry is a huge gambeler on D, always going for steals but reachig most of the time.

Kings are an average team hight wise, 6-3, 6-6, 6-9, 610, 6-11 isnt the biggest its very average. Brockman is a 6-7 center, Hawes is 7-1 with a 6-11 wingspan, Greene is 6-10 with a 6-10 wingspan. That isnt great size either if you go by their standing reach. Monta did make alot of turnovers handeling the ball in traffic, but Curry made much more bad passes. Numbers are numbers and facts are facts. Tyreke was better on offense by a little, and a mile better on defense.

Lol, you want to argue? The Kings lead the league in inches, height-wise. They rely on rebounding and size to keep them in games. That's not average size at all. Tyreke wasn't better at offense at all, shooting 52.9 TS% and has a usage rate of 29.2% and an assist rate of 29.1%. Very few players in the history of the league handle the ball a higher % of possessions than they actually pass, never mind that he is one of the worst ballhogs in the league according to Hollinger.

He was a better one on one defender. But he was absolutely atrocious help defender. At times he'd lose his man or just be too lazy to close out. Trust me, I did watch him. PPP is from Syngergy, some of the best staticians in the country. Look it up. Curry on iso D is 0.69PPP. Thompson is .66PPP. Tyreke is .68PPP. They are all really good defenders. And yes Curry fouled a lot but if they actually made a lot it would have shown up on PPP. So I guess that means had Curry not been a fouling machine because he was undersized, his PPP would have been mildly to dramatically lower. The lowest in the league is around .59 PPP. You're saying he's that good on D?

Also Turiaf was your C and Tolly was your PF mostly, Maggette only played 10.7 minutes a game at PF so dont act like he was your starting PF. Fact is he was moved to PF to make the offense faster and get easier buckets in transition. Ellis had only 87 bad passes and had more assists per bad pass than Curry and they play the same offense. Stop with the excuses ask anyone and Curry played in an easier offense in which a few d-leaguers dropped 40 pt games... that sounds like a very hard offense...

Tyreke PER at the pg position was 22.2 his opponents was 17.7.
Curry at PG had a PER of 17.6 his opponts were at 20.7.

Take that into account along with the fact that Tolliver at 6-9 and Maggette and 6-6 were the big men, which would get any normal coach fired. You see it's pretty obvious. The Kings had less wins than the Warriors, Kings are the biggest team in the league and due to injuried the Warriors were the smallest.

Tyreke was fouled 205 times, on 15% of his touches, Curry fouled 70 times on only 5% of his touches. That in its self shows who was defended tougher, Tyreke was taking contact all game,and playing good D. Tyreke got his team in the bonus early and helped get his team easy points. Curry also had 135 bad passes this season compared to Evans 74 bad passes.
Tyreke on court production was 20.4, where the guy he guarded was 15.5 so Tyreke gave his team a 5 pt advantage while on the floor.
Curry's was 18.3 and the guy he guarded produced 19.0, so Curry actually gave up .7 points. So once again Tyreke was slightly better offensively for his team and way better defensively.

Tyreke added 9.7 wins to his team where Curry added 7.7. Also, 51 points on 22 more shots is great, thats 2.3 points per shot, that proves how evans got more per shot. Yes he took way more FT, he earned them thats another reason his offense is better, he gets the opposing bigs in foul trouble and gets the them in the penalty faster. Ballhog? he averaged .1 less assist than Curry even though Curry spent twice as much time at the Point, where Evans played half of his minutes at the 2 and 3 spots.

U must realize Tyreke's ability to get to the rim and finish after contact he gets alot of old fashoned 3 point plays. So while his % are lower he is still doing more with his shot attempts. It also puts the team in the penalty faster, getting his team more points and easier points. Plus gets the opposing bigs in foul trouble.

Tyreke had doubleteams all game, and had the teams best defenders on him, not a weak defensive pg like Curry was Guarded by. Postlabel stop making stuff up, Rose, Westbrook,Harris, Stuckey, all pg's all higher usage rates than Evans, and i counted 13 pg's with a higher usage rate than their ast rate.

He, Kobe and Lebron only players with at least 20/5/5, yet Kobe and Lebron are used way more than Evans and he is a ball hog? When he has no decent team mates around him? How can the average height of players on Curry be 6'6" when most PG are under 6'3". Curry's stats are bloated by Nelson's style, put him on a regular paced team and watch his numbers fall. A player like Curry never requires your best defender nor demand a double team. Whereas Evans gets defended by the best and demands the double team because he'll euro-step the heck outta the defender's ankles and either finish or get fouled.

@Emron925A if you go on NBA.com and look up Tyreke Evans and "game logs" on how many assist and pts he had each game, according to the stats tyreke lowest assist total a game was 2(in six games) he had 5 or more assists in 45 games out of 72 Games (10 games he missed due to ankle injury and a concussion he suffered after being elbowed in the head by Ersan Ilyasova) so in 63% of the games he played his rookie year, he found his teammates 5 or more times and that they made the shot.

tyreke evans is a monster. his ability to get to the rim is amazing. curry is a great player too. once tyreke developes a good shot he will be one of the best in the league. remember lebrons rookie season when he didnt have that great of a jumper, but now he does and he dominates the game. i can see tyreke following the same path lebron took.

ppl like evans becasue he is more of an overal player like rebounding defense and scoring in many ways. he is also a bit bigger and sronger and that may be why he can do more overall but curry can still win ROY but they are both great players i think curry can and will dominate.

Curry is not a bad defender...he's agressive and is in the top 5 in steals per game in the league. Curry is probably the better scorer than Evans. Evans will put up 20 but Curry if can draw contact will put up 30 a game and 10apg if someone catches his damn passes for once.

Only some ballers are good enough to have a top 10 video. Top 10 has to have a mix of both defense and offense. A top 10 of Curry shooting midrange jumpers would be boring. Curry still has the underdog Davidson love everywhere he goes that's why he draws attention from other cities, it's not cuz of his play. Once Tyreke wins ROY everyone will know his name and see his highlights on TV everynight. They will all be saying..Curry-who? Jennings-what? Griffin and Rubio were in that same draft?
