HIIIGH SKOOL DAZE! Man when Teenager of the Year came out that LP was in heavy rotation at my place, and we were anticipating this album for like 4 years, 'when is the new album comin out?' So I was very exited when it finally hit shelves. Cult of Ray is a great LP but Teenager of the year will always be my favorite album, and its a rare one for me to have an LP you listen all the way through every time you play it,

Well i know that there were at least two versions of this song, One on the Cult of Ray, and a different recording on the Headache EP. Frank Black Francis often rerecords his stuff... its not uncommon to find 2-3 versions of the same song. The black letter days opens and closes with 2 very different covers of The Black Rider. Many other examples exsist.

LOL... I don't understand... He says he's watchin' his back, but he didn't even answer the door... He was just goofin' off with his band instead. I like the pink light and the strobe light, and I love Frank Black's music, but the rest of the video kinda let me down. Nobody answered the door or came in the door. I wanted to see what would happen next, but nothing happened, it just ended. I was hoping for some guy to come and take Chip away!

No, just another Mike MIlls who´s directed tons of other videos. This album "The Cult of Ray" is named after Frank´s favorite sci-fi writer Ray Bradbury. He´s my fave too!
