However, just because he was real doesn't mean that everything he said was accurate. Historians agree that mohammad created part of the quran, and other authors edited and added to it after his death. Some of the stuff he dictated was just plain wrong.

Also, concerning Jesus as just a messanger...the quran was written 600 years after Christ died and is not a valid source for His life. No historian on earth consideres the quran to be historically accurate.

In Koine Greek, there is only 1 version of the NT. This is not so with the quran. In arabic, there are many different versions that have different suras and completely different meanings. For example, the following suras are different between the have and warsh versions of the quran: 7:57, 9:37, 2:259, 3:81, 6:96, 1:4, 2:140, 2:125, 3:146, 2:132, 91:15, 2:132, 3:133, 5:45, 2:139, 3:81, 2:259, 2:214, 2:9, 2:184 & 28:48

This means that the authors of the quran plagiarized this poetry from Christians and Jews.

@mrnknmn There is really only 1 version of the Bible. In Kione Greek, there is only 1 NT, and in Hebrew, there is only 1 version (the protestants removed 7 Greek books from the Hebrew OT in the 1600's). I hope you dont think the KJV, NSRB, NIV, ect... are different versions.
Also, concerning Jesus as just a messanger...the quran was written 600 years after Christ died and is not a valid source for His life. No historian on earth consideres the quran to be historically accurate.

In fact, modern muslims can't even show an unbroken chain of succession from mohammad till now. The Catholic and Orthodox Church can at least show a line of succession back to Christ and His Apostles, which show a line of succession back to Abraham.

In Koine Greek, there is only 1 version of the NT. This is not so with the quran. In arabic, there are many different versions that have different suras and completely different meanings. For example, the following suras are different between the have and warsh versions of the quran: 7:57, 9:37, 2:259, 3:81, 6:96, 1:4, 2:140, 2:125, 3:146, 2:132, 91:15, 2:132, 3:133, 5:45, 2:139, 3:81, 2:259, 2:214, 2:9, 2:184 & 28:48

That *VERSION* of the quran doesn't have vowels, nor does it have sura 19, 20, 21, and virtually all suras after 95 are missing. Not only that, but the standard Cairo version of the quran is greatly different from the Sana Manuscripts. These are not dialect differences. They are completely different versions. Sura 33:37 says "But when Zaid had accomplished his want of her, We gave her to you as a wife..." So as you can see, the quran talks about sex also. Does that mean the quran has porn?

@13dachronic Why does it matter how graphic? You can't seem to give a reason as to why it's a problem. Women enjoy sex, and there is nothing wrong with that. Islamic cultures cause women to act too prudish and force them to repress their sexuality. Throughout all of human history, including Israelite and Christian culture, woman have been free to express themselves. It wasn't until mohammad invented islam that woman were forced to act in a way that is not natural to them.
