ACTUALLY, he dosnt inhale or take in any of the match smoke.. he takes in air from his nose and pressurizes it in his mouth by tensing up your facial muscles. then the air turns to vapor! letting it out it looks like smoke, when its really vapor.

put a small piece of dry ice in your mouth prior, then when you cose your mouth, and reopen, you can blow smoke if you breath out slow. old trick we did at my old job. just dont swallow!

I have my own routine involving this trick, I put it together after watching only three scam school episodes. I first light the match (let the gas condense into smoke like in the human chimney trick. I light a cottonball with the match out of midair to look like a fireball (and eat it of course). Put the match out on my tongue, and then blow all of the smoke out. It is a three-in-one trick from three scam school episodes. A cheap $1.00 trick (.50 cents for matches and .50 cents for cotton balls.

ehhh..? he simply inhales the smoke generated when lighting the match through his nostrils. try it.. you will be surprised how much smoke you get by simply inhaling one match.

Actually, what he's doing is inhaling the fumes that come off of it. As you can see there isn't that much smoke coming off the match to begin with, but what you don't see is that a bunch of sulfuric fumes are coming out of it that are only visible when mixed with another gas (I can't remember what.. I think carbon dioxide, but it wouldn't make sense for it to be invisible before he inhales it)
