The mavs should of walked off the court gracefully, even the mavs bench raised their arms as to say that their was no foul. It doesnt matter, because the Mavs were going nowhere anyways....even when an ASSHOLE of an owner disrespects someones mother, he should get his ass kicked, but a win to eliminate them must feel better, but i would still kick his ass. lol after looking at a closer replay, it DID NOT look like an intentional foul. It looked like hack that could have been called either way. if he tried to intentionally foul him, then why did he raise both his hands like "i didnt touch him" If you want to intentionally foul someone, you have to hit them with both hands, not just take a swipe at him.

I agree with you. It could have been called either way and if the score was tied and dallas had no fouls to give and the foul was called the the mavs would still be upset and claim that they didn't foul him. I personally think it was a good no call. If you are trying to foul someone at the end of the game don't bump them slightly and then raise your hand like you didn't do anything. Foul them and wrap them up if you have to to make it obvious.

im not a mavs or neggets fan......but a foul definately should have been called....as a defensive player he made the smart defensive play....the foul would give the nuggets little time to get a good shot....and dont say he should have fouled harder.. with all the flagrant fouls called of late...this was a clean agressive foul...one foul is too hard the next isnt hard enough....the consistancy isnt there for the players to play the game competitively...refs made a mistake...they are humans..

obviously you guys know nothing about basketball...the reason antoine wright waited so late to foul is that when Denver get the ball back it would be little time as possible for them to get a good shot off. If you foul him soon as he gets the ball back they still would have six seconds left so that would make no sense. If you fouled him when Antoine did which was around 2.5 mark it makes it more chaotic and takes away options from Denver as far as to what they can do with the possesion

Yes... it was a foul... but why did Antoine Wright wait 5 seconds before trying to foul? There was 6.5 seconds left when the ball is inbounded. Foul him right then & there. The fact that he played on is a bone head play by Wright. You foul right away (no pun intended) and give the Nuggets the ball back with 5 seconds left.
They deserve to lose.

if melo would've missed that shot, he'd get two free throws because he wasn't in the shooting motion when fouled (he even dribbled afterwards). the mavs were up by 2, therefore the nuggets could only tie it. In this case, the mavs instantly lost when melo hit the three after the blown call.
